Express delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours & sent on an overnight service.(subject to availability)
Orders received by 12 noon may be dispatched the same day.
(Orders placed Fridays will be dispatched Monday*)
During busy times express orders will be given priority over economy.
Please note: we do not guarantee next day delivery.
Express service means your order will be processed and dispatched before economy orders.
If your order has not arrived within 48 hours* of dispatch
We will be able to track your parcels and re send if lost or damaged.

Deliveries are made beetween 8:30AM & 6:00PM.
Please make sure somebody is available at your bussiness premisess to sign for deliveries
during this time.

Economy delivery.
Your order will be sent on a 3 - 5 day service. There is no guaranteed day or time of delivery, lost parcels will only be re sent after 10 days.
Damaged parcels will only be replaced when confirmed by the carrier or after they have been returned to me. whichever is earliest.
Economy orders will only be processed after all express orders have been completed for that day.
This means that during busy times economy orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
